Return request can be placed through our website , ifthe material you received is not satisfactory.

To place a return request all you need to do is Log in to contramat.com, place a return request:

 Goto ‘My Orders’ Click ‘Return’ to open the Return Request application form.

RETURN GOODS

The material you intend to return from the point of delivery.[Conditions Apply]

REPLACEMENT

Incase you wish to get the replacement against the purchased material.[Conditions Apply]

REFUND
 Refund of amount you have paid for the material purchase.[Conditions Apply]

RETURNS ARE CONSIDERED :

Our aim is to make sure that our customers are given a hassle-free service and maximum satisfaction. Incase of dis-satisfaction in any regard with the purchase, returns can be claimed.

The returns can be claimed in the following cases :

Mismatch of materials in regard to specification i.e size,dimension,quantity,brand.

Tampered or Damaged materials are received at the site of delivery. (We strongly ask you to not to sign the received form and co-ordinate with us by calling to +91 80 416 99 444 or mailing us to support@contramat.com immediately with-out fail). Defect in Functionality ( Please make sure the materials you receive is fully functional, if it is not then, We strongly ask you to not to sign the received form and co-ordinate with us by calling to +91 80416 99 444 or mailing us to  support@contramat.com immediately with-out fail).

At the time of any return request at the time of delivery you should inform us the “Invoice number” to avoid confusion.

E)Replacement of the material subjected to the above conditions will be cleared within 7 working days from the date of replacement order.

F)In case of Refunds, the entire amount paid by you including shipping charges are transferred to your account within 7 working days.

*Returns including all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.

*We will arrange the pickup process for you in case of returns.

*Incase if a pickup cannot be arranged in certain circumstances, we request you to ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.(Attach the Courier bill)

*Replacement is subject to stock availability with the Seller. In case a Replacement is not available, Seller will refund the amount to your account.

RETURNS ARE NOT CONSIDERED

There are certain circumstances when it becomes difficult for us to support returns.

AIf the return request is made outside the specified time frame.(24 hours from the time of receipt)

B) Anything missing from the package you’ve received including the
received invoice copy,original packing and accessories.

C) The materials not being in its original state

ex: opened or used or tampered.

D) No material is replaced with the different material.

E) If the Product is damaged due to mishandling by customer after the delivery.

F) Any consumable item that has been used or installed. If the product is not installed according to user manual          resulting in damage or malfunctioning

G) Partial returns are not accepted.–

H) Custom-Made products.

CANCELLATIONS

In order to process cancellation :

      *  Log into your contramat account and go to the ‘My Orders’ page Click “cancellation form”

* In the cancellation form page,you will see ‘Cancel’ links against each of the items in the order placed.

Click on the ‘Cancel’ link,indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation

Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.
Once the order is canceled the subjected amount for the purchase will be refunded.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled
once the item has been delivered to you.
